Norma Marshall
was born and raised in Spokane, Washington,
known for it’s 69 year-old Lilac Festival, held each
Spring. She enjoyed growing up in a farm community,
irrigating and tending the garden, raising rabbits
and gathering eggs in the family hen house.
At East Valley High School, Norma excelled in
Bookkeeping, played Basketball, Volleyball and
Badminton, and was a member of the Knights Drill
Team. Her family moved to Snohomish her Senior year,
and a few days after graduating from Snohomish High
School she went to work in Public Accounting for a
few years.
After working for Boeing, and as a bookkeeper for a
contractor and vet clinic, Norma started taking
accounting classes at Everett Community College. She
went to work full time for a large West Coast
accounting firm while earning her Associated Degree
from ECC, her Bachelors in Accounting from Central
Washington University in 1988 then her CPA
certification in 1989. After 11 years at the firm,
Norma decided to open her own company, building and
running a successful practice for 10 years. Many of
her clients moved with her to Bauer Evans when she
joined the firm in 2002. Norma started working on
the BondStreet side in 2006.
Norma splits her time as a Senior Staff Accountant
at Bauer Evans and Operations at BondStreet Wealth
Management, assisting us with investment trading and
technical projects.
